John is a Senior Patent Attorney at Ofinno, specializing in the preparation and prosecution of patents for cutting-edge technologies related to 3GPP standards – including RAN1, RAN2, and core networks.
Before joining Ofinno, he practiced at multiple law firms, handling patents in wireless telecommunications, AI/machine learning, image processing, video compression, and cloud computing.
Before his legal career, John had over a decade of experience as a software developer and system analyst. Leveraging his past legal and technology experience, John works effectively with researchers at Ofinno in protecting their inventions with precision and passion.
He holds a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law and an MS and BS in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
