RESTON, VA — August 28, 2026 — Ofinno CEO Kavon Nasabzadeh and Founder and Chief Technology Officer Esmael Dinan have been named to the IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists 2026. This is the second consecutive year for Nasabzadeh and the fourth in a row for Dinan.
Published annually by IAM since 2009, the Strategy 300 identifies the individuals who lead the way in developing and implementing strategies that maximize the value and impact of intellectual property portfolios. Inclusion is based on nominations from the corporate, legal, and advisory communities worldwide. This year’s edition drew nearly 4,000 nominations – a 7% increase over 2025.
Esmael Dinan has been listed in every edition since 2023. He is recognized for his expertise in the software, technology transfer, and telecommunications sectors. One of the world’s most prolific inventors, with more than 2,000 granted U.S. patents, he founded Ofinno on the conviction that a small team of empowered researchers could shape global standards for 5G/6G, Wi-Fi, and video compression.
Kavon Nasabzadeh’s recognition reflects his leadership of Ofinno’s model, which pairs standards research with a rigorous, quality-first approach to patent development, sales, and licensing.
