Aborn is a Senior Patent Agent at Ofinno, where he works primarily with the 5G/6G team, focusing on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications involving advanced wireless and telecommunications technologies.
Prior to joining Ofinno, Aborn practiced at a large general practice law firm, where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications across a broad range of technologies, including electronic circuits and components, telecommunications, vehicle control systems, jet engines, electro-optical devices, display and GPS technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning, including agentic AI, vehicle engines and transmissions, and biomedical devices.
Aborn earned his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah.
