Ericka joined Ofinno in 2018 as a Patent Paralegal and quickly became an integral part of the team. She went on to build and lead Ofinno’s first Patent Filing Department before transitioning into Finance and Business Operations. Today, she supports a wide range of functions from accounting and vendor management to marketing, sales, and HR, helping ensure that every part of the business runs smoothly and stays connected.
Originally from New Jersey, Ericka earned her B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and later studied Intellectual Property Law at the University of Westminster in London. She continues to expand her expertise through AI and Project Management certifications.
Ericka currently volunteers with the Madison Gamer Symphony Orchestra as their Marketing Director. When she isn’t working, Ericka can be found spending time with her partners and their pets, practicing sword yoga & lightsaber choreography, building a new lego set, playing D&D, or traveling to concerts around the country.
