Hsin-Hsi is a leading expert and inventor in 5G and 6G wireless communications, with deep experience in 3GPP standardization. He holds hundreds of granted patents and has extensive technical expertise across key protocol layers, particularly L1 and L2.
An active delegate to 3GPP RAN2, Hsin-Hsi has contributed hundreds of technical submissions that have helped shape industry standards. He also brings comprehensive expertise in intellectual property, including patent drafting, prior art searches, office action analysis, patent quality evaluation, and the creation of Standard Essential Patent (SEP) claim charts.
Before joining Ofinno, Hsin-Hsi served as a Principal Engineer and Research Lead at FG Innovation Inc., a research lab of Foxconn, where his work earned him the company’s Top Inventor Award. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Engineer at ASUS, representing the company in global 3GPP initiatives.
