Reinah joined Ofinno in 2024 as Human Resources Manager. As HR Manager, she oversees all aspects of HR, partners with leadership on strategic initiatives, and supports employees across the organization.
Before Ofinno, Reinah spent over six years in the healthcare industry, gaining broad experience in people operations. Originally from Minnesota, Reinah earned her B.A. in History and Sociology/Anthropology from St. Olaf College, with minors in Middle Eastern Studies and Race & Ethnic Studies.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, gardening, reading, and hunting for unique finds at her local thrift store.
