As Ofinno’s IP Director for 5G/6G and Senior IP Counsel, Jake leads the 5G/6G legal team while managing patent prosecution and supporting patent sales and licensing initiatives.

Before joining Ofinno, Jake was a partner at a DC-area IP law firm. He earned his JD and LLM in Intellectual Property from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he served as a law clerk at the International Trade Commission.

Jake also holds two BS degrees from Virginia Tech and an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on digital signal processing and communication systems.
