Jake serves as Ofinno’s IP Director for 5G/6G and Senior IP Counsel. He manages the 5G/6G legal team, prepares and prosecutes patent applications, as well as supports Ofinno’s patent sales and licensing efforts.

Prior to joining Ofinno, Jake was a partner at an IP law firm in the DC metro area. He earned his JD and LLM in Intellectual Property from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law. During which, he was on law review and worked as a law clerk at the International Trade Commission. Jake holds two BS degrees from Virginia Tech and a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, where he focused on digital signal processing and communication systems.
