Reinah joined the Ofinno team in 2024 as the Human Resources Manager. In this role, she oversees all aspects of human resources management, serves as a strategic partner to the organization’s leadership, and supports employees on HR-related matters.

Before joining Ofinno, Reinah spent over six years in the healthcare industry, where she gained extensive expertise in all aspects of people operations.

Originally from Minnesota, Reinah obtained her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and Sociology/Anthropology from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN, with minors in Middle Eastern Studies and Race & Ethnic Studies.

Outside of the office, Reinah enjoys spending time with her dog, reading, tending to her garden, and exploring unique treasures at her local thrift store.
