Brett is a Senior Patent Attorney at Ofinno, where he works primarily with the 5G team. Before joining Ofinno, he practiced at a large general practice law firm, drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a wide range of technologies for clients that included Fortune Global 100 companies, research institutions, and startups.

Brett has worked as an engineer, designing and testing electrical systems for rockets – experience that continues to shape his technical and analytical approach to patent work. He holds a J.D. from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University.
