Carson is the Operations Specialist at Ofinno, where she helps keep things running smoothly across the organization. She manages key HR processes, supports recruitment efforts, and oversees office and facilities operations – all to ensure an efficient, well-organized workplace and a seamless experience for new team members.

Before joining Ofinno, Carson worked at Optum and Advisory Board, where she led initiatives in contingent staffing, executive support, and new-hire onboarding. Her background in operations, combined with her adaptability and attention to detail, has consistently driven process improvements and operational excellence across teams.

Carson holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Classical Studies – Archaeology and Anthropology from the College of William & Mary, along with professional training in project management, process improvement, and core HR practices.
