Ericka joined Ofinno in 2018 as a Patent Paralegal and quickly became an integral part of the team. She went on to build and lead Ofinno’s first Patent Filing Department before transitioning into Finance and Business Pperations. Today, she supports a wide range of functions from accounting and vendor management to marketing, sales, and HR, helping ensure that every part of the business runs smoothly and stays connected.

Originally from New Jersey, Ericka earned her B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC and later studied Intellectual Property Law at the University of Westminster in London. She continues to expand her expertise through Project Management and SHRM certifications.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partners and their pets, browsing bookstores and antique shops, and playing Dungeons & Dragons. A devoted live music fan, she loves traveling across the country to catch everything from rock concerts to orchestra performances.
