Hua specializes in radio access network technologies and procedures, covering IEEE 802.16, LTE Advanced, LTE Advanced Pro, and 5G New Radio. Before joining Ofinno, he worked as a research expert at Fujitsu and actively contributed to IEEE and 3GPP standardization efforts. He is an inventor of more than 300 US patents on wireless communications.

Hua received his Ph.D. in Communication and Information Systems from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
