Patrick is a Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Ofinno, where he works on the development of Ofinno’s patent portfolio in next-generation telecommunications technologies.

Prior to joining Ofinno, Patrick practiced at a Washington, D.C.-based intellectual property law firm, where he focused on patent preparation, prosecution, and strategic counseling across a broad range of technologies. Earlier in his career, he served as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examining applications in display and semiconductor technologies, and also co-founded a start-up focused on mobile messaging platforms.

Patrick holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
