At Ofinno, Jung-Kyung Lee is a member of the Video Compression team and contributes to the development of next-generation video compression standards such as ECM. Her work focuses on inventing intra prediction algorithms and reducing computational complexity.

Before joining Ofinno, she earned her Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Republic of Korea, in 2024, where she also completed her B.S. Her doctoral research explored video processing and compression using deep learning, with a focus on inter prediction and in-loop filtering.
