Rajani joined Ofinno in 2025 as a Generative AI Architect. In this role, she designs and deploys advanced AI systems that support Ofinno’s 5G/6G research initiatives, with a primary focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and data-centric architectures. Her work includes building enterprise-scale RAG pipelines, vector database frameworks, and intelligent chat-based knowledge solutions to accelerate innovation and research efficiency.
Before joining Ofinno, Rajani gained professional experience through internships at the National Association of Counties and Stanford University, where she expanded her expertise in artificial intelligence and applied data-driven solutions.
Originally from Vijayawada, India. Rajani earned her Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from VR Siddhartha Engineering College. She pursued advanced studies at George Mason University in Virginia, where she received a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science with a concentration in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Outside of work, Rajani enjoys exploring new cuisines, traveling, and attending technology meetups. She is also an active member of the GenAI Collective Community, DC chapter.
