Rajani joined Ofinno in 2025 as a Generative AI Architect, designing and deploying advanced AI systems that support the company’s 5G/6G research initiatives. She focuses on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and data-centric architectures, building enterprise-scale RAG pipelines, vector database frameworks, and intelligent chat-based knowledge solutions to streamline innovation and research.

Originally from Vijayawada, India, Rajani earned her B.Tech in Computer Science from VR Siddhartha Engineering College and an M.S. in Computer Science, specializing in AI and machine learning, from George Mason University. She previously gained experience through internships at the National Association of Counties and Stanford University, applying AI and data-driven solutions to real-world challenges.

Outside of work, Rajani enjoys exploring new cuisines, traveling, attending tech meetups, and contributing to the DC chapter of the GenAI Collective Community.
