Ericka joined Ofinno in 2018 as a Patent Paralegal and quickly became a key part of the team. She built and managed the company’s first Patent Filing Department before moving into finance and business operations, where she now supports everything from accounting and vendor management to marketing, sales, and even HR. Her broad experience gives her a unique ability to connect the dots across the business and help Ofinno run at its best.

A New Jersey native, Ericka earned her BA in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, and went on to study Intellectual Property Law at the University of Westminster in London. She is also continuing her professional growth through Project Management and SHRM certifications.

An aspiring author and occasional Twitch streamer, Ericka is a storyteller at heart. She loves spending time with her partners and their pets, exploring bookstores, hunting for antiques, and playing Dungeons & Dragons whenever she has the time. A lover of live music, she often travels across the U.S. to catch both rock concerts and orchestra performances.
