Mohammad’s research focuses on the design and analysis of wireless communication systems, non-terrestrial networks, and applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Mohammad has authored 26 IEEE Transactions papers and 22 IEEE conference papers, including a journal paper featured in IEEE ComSoc Best Readings on Cognitive Radio. In 2017, he was recognized as an Exemplary Reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications.
Mohammad holds a Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, where was honored with the Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship and a Four Year Fellowship, reflecting his dedication to advancing wireless technologies.
