Gautham’s work focuses on 5G/6G terrestrial and non-terrestrial communications, as well as applying AI/ML to improve communication networks. Before joining Ofinno, he was an industrial postdoctoral research fellow at The University of British Columbia and Sierra Wireless in British Columbia, Canada.

He has authored dozens of peer-reviewed publications in IEEE journals, conferences, and workshops, earning multiple best paper awards along the way. Gautham has also served as an invited reviewer for over 100 journal and conference submissions and contributed to the technical program committees of several major IEEE conferences.

He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia and his M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
