Jung-Kyung is a member of Ofinno’s Video Compression team, where she works on next-generation standards like ECM. Her work currently focuses on intra prediction algorithms and reducing computational complexity.

She earned her B.S. and Ph.D. in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Ewha Womans University in Seoul, Republic of Korea, where she also completed her B.S. Her doctoral research explored video processing and compression using deep learning, with a focus on inter prediction and in-loop filtering.
